They are very much as I was at the field management level. They understand how servant leadership is the key to getting a workforce to respond to the needs of the business. Being nice and respectful to the employees. Judt ask them and see how many people are quitting or maybe have a mystery manager take a look at this horrible experience.

Break up the management team. Transfer the most dysfunctional members out. Bring in properly qualified leaders. Stop promoting from within when there are no suitable candidates. Ultimately the toxicity affects productivity and the stores's bottom line.
