What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are team workers and very u derstanding

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being nice and respectful to the employees. Judt ask them and see how many people are quitting or maybe have a mystery manager take a look at this horrible experience.
Everything, especially listening to their employees' ideas, input, and grievances.
Training lacks in a lot of areas. Poor communication from top down.
Communication, and accepting critisism is very difficult for the managers at their distribution centers
Break up the management team. Transfer the most dysfunctional members out. Bring in properly qualified leaders. Stop promoting from within when there are no suitable candidates. Ultimately the toxicity affects productivity and the stores's bottom line.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No complaint in this area. Its all good.

The amount of money I made.......
$15/hour for everyone (part-timers) across the board regardless of what they do. This is one of the best decisions the company has made with regards to remuneration for it's workers.
It's average. No complaints and no celibrations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To receive an actual living wage
We do alot for what we make. But, no raise this year. That seems a little unfair as I am sure Satish got his pay raise.
Most in store employees are underpaid and raises are annually and miniscule. Full time hourly employees are not paid a living wage but are expected to perform as managers.

Most are fun and friendly.

They care about you're well being
Store team and we have a good general manager
My co workers and the majority feel the same. Take a look at employees leaving. Theres actually 3 more leaving and I will be next as soon as i find another job.
The fact that at my store, we genuinely care about one another
I wish I had positive things to say about the company but the foundational values are just a poster on the wall and a pretty package they like to tell people upon hiring
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to change. There is no culture and not employee first
Replace the current EVPs with people who actually know what they are doing and eliminate the favoritism. Good thing the CEO was just replaced with someone who actually knows what they are doing
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to know different locations
Branda was awesome. Shes the best Manager i have ever had. She shiukd hold the title as GM. I guarantee if she ever auit, there wiukd be a mass exit.
The interviewers were extremely personable
Was able to see the store on a very busy day which helped me to visualize what the work environment would be like.
It was very clear and not overly serious

Took way too long and asked inappropriate questions related to the role

The team I worked with were amazing. I learned so much from them and it was my best job ever.......
Knowing that I've helped a customer find exactly the solution that they were looking for to fill their needs, and seeing the excitement on their face because of it.
