I find this attitude at every level of the company. It is a great pleasure to work for a company that understands this concept.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being nice and respectful to the employees. Judt ask them and see how many people are quitting or maybe have a mystery manager take a look at this horrible experience.

Everything, especially listening to their employees' ideas, input, and grievances.

Training lacks in a lot of areas. Poor communication from top down.

Communication, and accepting critisism is very difficult for the managers at their distribution centers

Break up the management team. Transfer the most dysfunctional members out. Bring in properly qualified leaders. Stop promoting from within when there are no suitable candidates. Ultimately the toxicity affects productivity and the stores's bottom line.
