I didn't have a team.....
Because the work environment can be stressful and toxic my teammates and I go out of our way to support one another and minimize work day stressors. We use humor and a strong work ethic to counteract management's inability or unwillingness to support some of us during the busiest times in the store.
We have each other's backs via both moral and physical support.
The Container Store's first Foundation Principle is 1 Equals 3. One GREAT employee equals three good employees. We screen prospective applicant well. We don't hire just anyone to fill a model.
