Top management greed and overall respect to employees. To change it, the company needs an organizational overhaul from the top, more radical than the one 3G performed on the Kraft Foods Company after the take-over.

They're hiring kids right out of college to supervise systems that they know nothing about your taking maintenance guys straight out of school with no experience making them operators making operators who barely can run a machine maintenance guys
