More competent people that follow up wirh candidates to improve thw hiring experience. Coaching recruiters on basic professional ways to communicate wirh candidates

Human Resources "Investigates" issues and then nothing is heard from Human Resources again, regarding the issue.

Let the worker know before hand what to expect and be truthful about it rules that are being changed should be signed by the employee and that employee should know about changes before the change happen
