EVERYTHING NEEDS TO CHANGE! I wish HQ would actually listen to feedback and what the issues are instead of management sitting in an office and at home trying to decide what to have us do in the stores next. Quit hiring all your friends and buddies with the same mentality- nothing will ever change!!
