  • The team is really diverse in term of gender and ethnicity. However everybody is farily young.

  • We are collaborative, and everyone is talented in different areas of software development.

  • We can leave early if the work is done early. Usually it's 8h of work per day.

  • We have weekly happy hours, and daily lunches. The work is hard sometimes, but I don't work more than 9 hours a day.

  • It depends of the project. In average it’s 8hours but we can take friday off if the sprint is finished early. Standup is at 10am, you need to avoid being late for it.
