I did come from a company that was paying me more, so it was definitely an adjustment, but I love the people, our mission, and the company, so I am more than willing to work my way there and GROW and climb the ladder steadily to grow within the company-- with a better salary to come with it.

Pay what other warehouse jobs are paying and fix your leadership and it wouldnt be such a revolving door.
