We promote our community-minded ethos by offering all employees two paid days off per year for service projects with 501(c)(3) organizations. Mostly, we work to cultivate fun, open office environments that encourage collaboration. Each office is unique and offers a different set of at-work perks, whether it’s complimentary snacks, gym facilities, game rooms or on-campus commissaries. All offices have their own calendar of events, social activities, resource group chapters (e.g., Women in TiVo, TiVo Supporting Veterans, Pride at TiVo) and community service initiatives. And, we regularly host virtual all-hands meetings and informal sessions with executives to keep employees in all locations engaged and invested in the health and productivity of our company.
