Understand why the customers are calling to complain.
bring in educated leaders with MBAs
Must improve on communication, team work, training, opportunities for advancement and building on the team they already have instead of continuously hiring new employees with no experience.
Leadership has a tendency to rely on old industry standards. Our industry has shifted and we fell behind long ago. Time to innovate again.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is too uch regulations regarding the compensation
Company needs to offer training and build on the team they have instead of hiring non-experienced workers with no provided training. It would benefit the company to share knowledge instead of severely limiting the knowledge to employees trying to secure their positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
communication and creativity respect and intergrity
dedicated, adults, no micro management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
no one lnows what they are doing
Meetings that are planned without an agenda or goals are wasteful. If we meet, let's define an outcome and make it productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
open office space, not a lot of yelling.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
smarter employees who lnow what they are doing

The company prides itself on being a great place to work. But, holiday parties and picnics don't make my job better. Hate dumpy facilities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowledge needs to be shared with all groups and teamwork needs to be a priority with all groups.
Our product has incremental innovation and a ton of stagnation.
