For the most part you are left alone to do your job. That's the only good thing. Everything else is terrible. Favoritism, occasional nepotism, and personal feelings are weaved through everything here.

There's no gossip or drama in the office. Everyone is very transparent and is there to learn and work. The culture outside of the office is great as well.
