Those who lead, lead by example, and are always willing to help. There is a lot of opportunity to develop a leadership role in the company. Just the right amount of leadership and nobody is contstantly looking over your shoulder.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading professionally, providing positive feedback and affirmation of efforts, work ethic, and accomplishments. Leading by example. Hiring experienced people not just interns and assessing and recognizing employee turnover and making change to prevent the high dissatisfaction rate.

You NEED to get your company culture right. The management is sneaky, not transparent, and sometimes petty. Tom is a PROBLEM that there seems to be no solution for. Everything at TNT Dental needs to be reevaluated, but ESPECIALLY the HR operations. Perhaps having an actual HR department would help.
“Lead by example” is what leadership tells themselves as a value but the actual effect from the other side is truly sad
