How employees describe working at TNT Dental
Not a great work culture and they don't value employees. They lack transparency, do not handle employee departures professionally, and they make your pay structure to messy to ever figure out. They are in need of true HR person and department and need real leadership to turn things around.

This company is a complete joke. They are run by a man who injects his personal biases, prejudices, and preconceived notions about what work should entail, into his management of the company. He also engages in passive retaliation. Do NOT work here if you value your mental health.
I have a very positive experience of the company. I like that I am appreciated and valued. I am able to be myself and its encouraged.

There's no gossip or drama in the office. Everyone is very transparent and is there to learn and work. The culture outside of the office is great as well.
