Overall, it is a great place. At least once a day you will run into someone that has been at this company 10, 25, 20 years. There is just over 10,000 employees here so daily run-ins are a good sign.

This company is dishonest to the core. They are arrogant and treat employees terribly. The ethics of the company are subpar as they willingly violate environmental and labor laws. The pay is poor (except for executives) and there is no job security.
