Leadership is arrogant. There is no customer focus. They need to be more honest.
This company bas poor ethics a d has minimal customer focus. Not a company that I want to invest in my career.

Trinity pays their employees on a higher pay scale than most, the additional benefits are not bad, but for the number of employees the health benefits could be better and less out of pocket.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We recruit low quality people because we pay so poorly.
Hire better quality employees. Trinity pays so poorly that they attract second tier employees.
The office is very disruptive and a very young group of people. I have found in this field the older group normally are more committed and focused on positive business as well as completing their duties as expected without much disruption and chaos.

The executive team makes a point to come say good morning and good evening to each and everyone everyday. You are not just a chair filled for the day, but a valuable employee to them that is worth 2 minutes out of their day and busy schedules.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no emphasis on quality in our manufacturing facilities. We don't value customer relationships.
Improve customer focus. Improve ethics.
For the most part, it is a great place to work, but the personalities do not seem to be a good mix. The outsiders must maintain a much different attitude in order to work in a very click-ish, young, "brought over from another company" all together office. The "group" could use some restructure.
