My pay rate is very low compared to other hospitals. I feel that I should be paid for my 25 year experience that I use every day at my job, but they are hiring another person at the same rate that I am making with no experience.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and while that comes with plenty of concerns, the one thing I haven't had to worry about is my job
