I feel very supported as an employee here at Victra. They welcomed me in with open arms and from the very first day of class I knew that I had made a good decision. I am not afraid to ask for guidance or assistance when I need it and I do not feel micromanaged. Our wins are celebrated here.

My direct leader is fantastic, does everything within his power to keep his team happy. Executives have become beyond greedy with how they pay commission/store leader bonuses. All they talk about is growth/opps but at the store level we never see or feel the growth. Just lower contro totals

Benefits are not as confusing as they can be at other companies. We have a portal that lays everything out so you can navigate, select and apply for benefits that you need without having to ask. Our benefits are extremely generous and useful.

The rhythms do not make sense for everyone. Requiring as much time in stores as we do takes away from us managing an overall District. For me personally it requires 6 to 10 hours in the car. Office days are more effective more often than not because I can be more global and less focused on 1 store.

Base Salary was changed to require mandatory overtime each week to keep same pay. No annual raises offered or announced. When PTO is used, Overtime pay for week is taken away. Store bonus structured as all or nothing, No fair share/percentage if under 95 percent attainment to a 30% YOY incr target

Training - there are multiple team members on my manager team that don't have the basic knowledge of how to do the job, how to sell, and how to coach. Yet these are the ones I see making a higher payout because they have smaller goals they don't have to take the time to learn they are getting paid!

Okg what shouldnt , thw visits should be more human they attack you with all these metrics and they wont wxcuse traffic as if its soemhing we control. Inflation is real and we want to get oaid, what happened to yearly increases? Also no support with escalations and when we do they get mad.

Victra used to be a people first company, I really felt cared about here. There are way to many departments/special roles that seem to be a waste since we used to handle what they do in store without them. If we didn't have these dept/special roles, they would be able to pay store level more.

Morale is down across the board from reps to leadership. Simpler paths to success. Celebrating the people that are good embassadors of Victra and Verizon, not the crooks who have collected huge sums of money by scamming victra and the guests while the ones who do it right took MASSIVE paycuts $20k+
