Boy, it's hard to say. Victra has become harder and harder to work for over the years. it used to be easy to focus on a few things, now focusing on a few thing in multiple stores and needing to hit all of these metrics in more than one store just to hit our goal is insane. NO KUDO CALLS

The compensation is constantly being cut and we are told lies that it will be "better" and that goals will be "more attainable." It's all lies. Corporate is only interested in profits even at the expense of paying their reps. My store has never been better... yet I make less money than ever.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair goals. Our goals are astronomical and I am one that, historically, welcomed challenging goals. I know a lot of managers in my district, state and region that feel the same way. When goals come out... there is a feeling of "we have no chance at getting paid this month." Give us at least a chance

if multi store leaders got to either get double commission from each store or got paid more for running 2 stores. It's not right that you lose out on ALL of your commission because one store is short on one thing. We can't be at 2 places at one time!

What I mean is the compensation for mileage and vehicle maintenance does not adequately reflect the wear and tear from daily travel across various locations. The costs for gas and car repairs are higher than in any previous role and I believe this aspect should be re-evaluated. Not undervalued.

I have, without a doubt, the best team of sales reps in the entire country. We do things with integrity and we have fun while doing so. I have little-to-no complaints about things inside my store or my district. Most of the employees in the district are great!

I was torn on this one. Culture involving people above my DM, not good. Things are so negative right now with basically anyone that I ask. Inside our district, its great. My DM has done a great job making our district almost a mini company. Things are great here! We celebrate wins and we perform!

The quality of people hired at the management level. Also setting realistic expectations. The amount of work you require an MGM to do with drive time is beyond unrealistic when stores are more than an hour apart from each other. Pay for MGM salary is 20k light and needs to be adjusted.
