Victra Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen to the team. They remove obstacles. They provide us with some of the best tools and resources. Their onboarding is second to none.

Review from Operations Dept

Boy, it's hard to say. Victra has become harder and harder to work for over the years. it used to be easy to focus on a few things, now focusing on a few thing in multiple stores and needing to hit all of these metrics in more than one store just to hit our goal is insane. NO KUDO CALLS

Review from Sales Dept

You can tell that they are humble

Review from Sales Dept

Building a team and placing team members in the right place to be successful

Review from Sales Dept

They have been transparent for the most part. Also they make focuses clear.

Review from Sales Dept

They constantly push us to be our best while providing the tools to get there.

Review from Operations Dept

Connecting at a personal level

Review from Sales Dept

What they do to show us the way

Review from Sales Dept

I do not know what i like yet

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Operations Dept

It gives you an ability to grow so much as a person and as a leader.

Review from Sales Dept

The effort they are putting in to teach

Review from Sales Dept

My district manager, Kenneth Watts. A seasoned veteran in the wireless industry in addition to our country.

Review from Sales Dept

The collaboritive atmosphere within the company is whats contagious

Review from Sales Dept

They have a good energy

Review from Sales Dept

Sometimes i feel like my voice isnt heard at times

My experience will differ from other people. For me it has been ok but for some, they are extremely micromanaged

Review from Sales Dept

Cares about me an individual

Review from Sales Dept

Invested in company vision and success

Review from Sales Dept

Our company leaders value truly align with mine.

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The compensation is constantly being cut and we are told lies that it will be "better" and that goals will be "more attainable." It's all lies. Corporate is only interested in profits even at the expense of paying their reps. My store has never been better... yet I make less money than ever.

Review from Sales Dept

Saying one thing and then doing another. Fake transparency.

Review from Sales Dept

Be a better people person. Care about me as a person and the things I have going on.

Review from Sales Dept

Training in terms of opps, letting managers create the schedules that work for their teams. Higher bonus payout for managers in slow stores.

Review from Sales Dept

Our leadership team likes to put us down, change the rules up, issue fcads without informing us or having correcting conversations first, switch our schedules, requires us to work on our off days, and tears down our self esteems

Review from Sales Dept

Learning that overworking is leading to people leaving, therefore continuing to overwork the ones that are staying. Mandatory 6-7 day work weeks. Clear communication and expectations are not happening, leading us to not know when we are expected to work on our day off in advance.

Review from Sales Dept

It seems like we are being told what to do and not shown how. Being told to do something without an prior knowledge on how to do it is quite frustrating and creates a lack of motavation or distrought

Review from Sales Dept

Treaty employees as people not sales machines

Review from Sales Dept

Clear training, not throwing on the floor without the tools to succeed

Review from Sales Dept

COMMUNICATE better, stop the fire drills

Communication and actual coaching, honestly. I think we've gotten into the realm of accountability and FCAD's all the time. The DM's have also had a big push to be super micromanagers and its turning off both reps and the MGM's and GM's

Review from Sales Dept

EVERYTHING. Learning that it is important to get to know their team. Assisting their team with coaching. Stop ysing their authority as intimidation.

Review from Sales Dept

Stop throwing all kpi's to improve all at once and let us focus on one at time.

Review from Sales Dept

Being more clear about specific goals and caring more for the human working for them instead of the sales person working for them. Adjust hourly pay to account for time off needed and not having to rely on commission so much.

Review from Sales Dept

The amount of calls we are on and how we are micromanaged is very tiring. Some days we have four hours of calls. Instead of focusing on my team and coaching and training, I'm on a call telling me how to do that.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication Employee appreciation Addiquite raises for those performing well Taking care of your employees

Review from Sales Dept

Take care of the workers that are working hard

Review from Sales Dept

Victra needs to be a people first company again. They just gave every AGM in thr company a pay cut/ demotion for NO reason. You essentially spit in the face of your top salespeople. Whoever implemented these changes DOES NOT CARE about the well being and overall happiness of the employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Be present and actively showing us as a team how to break down goals. Show us how to overcome objections, remember what it's like to be on the floor

Review from Sales Dept

Communication and not wasting time on meetings that do not produce an effect on the rep level. We waste more time on meetings than we do working.
