When things are going well I don't hear from him or see him in store, but if something is in a negative he is super quick to tell me what I am doing wrong. He preaches that I need to run my business and know my business but he is super quick to tell me what I am going wrong every time.

Victra has changed pay structjre a few times in less than 6 months. Alot of employess have quit. Upper management is overwhelmed with extreme high targets we cant achieve where in an entire area only few doors are achieving to goal. The CEO is quick to send a tbreat email to quit if you dont like it

Setting realistic goals.Every month gets harder and harder and there are more plates to spin. Coupled with everything that is going on personally in life, its too much. Additionally, upper management gets paid less than sellers with new commission structure, this needs to be evaluated.
