Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. When things are going well I don't hear from him or see him in store, but if something is in a negative he is super quick to tell me what I am doing wrong. He preaches that I need to run my business and know my business but he is super quick to tell me what I am going wrong every time.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

This company has lost sight of being people first entirely. Sales pressure is one thing but now nationwide the companies culture has shifted so much that peers I talk to don't feel seen or are losing their passion for this company specifically.

My direct leader is fantastic, does everything within his power to keep his team happy. Executives have become beyond greedy with how they pay commission/store leader bonuses. All they talk about is growth/opps but at the store level we never see or feel the growth. Just lower contro totals

Creating a better way to pay the general/store managers better. Changing all store managers to selling roles is understandable but you guys only targeted lower targeted stores that do 12-18 k a month with 3 reps then cut manager bonusesfrom $1750to$550 and only give us 10% on all sales. Victra has changed pay structjre a few times in less than 6 months. Alot of employess have quit. Upper management is overwhelmed with extreme high targets we cant achieve where in an entire area only few doors are achieving to goal. The CEO is quick to send a tbreat email to quit if you dont like it

Leadership needs to understand that certain areas in certain districts do not sell devices as accessories, they are tools only. Latest and greatest devices are not neccessary.

Setting realistic goals.Every month gets harder and harder and there are more plates to spin. Coupled with everything that is going on personally in life, its too much. Additionally, upper management gets paid less than sellers with new commission structure, this needs to be evaluated.
