Actions speak louder than words. Show your staff you really do care and give them the insight that helps them understand the actions take and why and how it isn't directly intended to cut pay from those learning and growing to push them out before they have had the chance to flourish.

Victra used to be a people first company, I really felt cared about here. There are way to many departments/special roles that seem to be a waste since we used to handle what they do in store without them. If we didn't have these dept/special roles, they would be able to pay store level more.

Morale is down across the board from reps to leadership. Simpler paths to success. Celebrating the people that are good embassadors of Victra and Verizon, not the crooks who have collected huge sums of money by scamming victra and the guests while the ones who do it right took MASSIVE paycuts $20k+

Escalations from previous reps or managers , a new task to add to the daily activity expecting a result but not enough traffic or new customers wanting wvwrything free. Customer service talking bad about Victra and lying to them about promos we offered. Saying we are not a real verizon store.

I think managers need to be treated like they can run the store, or at the very least, why make the good managers attend silly things so early in the morning. The time zone differences are tough on those of us living 4-6 hours behind the east coast

Entire pay structure was changed and it affected pay a lot. Salary was taken away and when commission changed to pay period it made it harder to reach target because of short timeframe to hit goals

They recently made changes that made everyone have to have split days off. The company is preached for a long time about wanting us to have work life balance but then went completely the other direction. People are very frustrated across the board

Not having to work 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week, having consecutive days off to rest, better pay, realistic goals, better celebration to boost morale. Maybe 4-10s, 4 on 3 off. The sales goals expectations and workload is just getting crazy and rising more every month despite YOY decline in guests

In recent years my pay has decreased though I have made the company more money, the demand on high performers increases each pay period while the demand on under performers is non existent in fact some are celebrated
