Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What are some of the best things about your team?

I have, without a doubt, the best team of sales reps in the entire country. We do things with integrity and we have fun while doing so. I have little-to-no complaints about things inside my store or my district. Most of the employees in the district are great!

Dont ever talk to co-workers

We are all adults but some leaders don't take accountability for their stores under performing in sales or ops. I shouldn't have to do other managers' ops or training their team just because I know how to. There's a difference between training the trainer or assisting and just doing it for them.

Learn to be fair and less selfish. When it's my turn they try to take my customers or double up on their table. constantly try to take sales from me stating they worked with x customer before and it was months ago but they try to claim the clientele.
