Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Training - there are multiple team members on my manager team that don't have the basic knowledge of how to do the job, how to sell, and how to coach. Yet these are the ones I see making a higher payout because they have smaller goals they don't have to take the time to learn they are getting paid!

Everyone is just burnt out with how much work there is and how it keeps getting piled on more and more. Its never good enough. Morale is low, which makes coming to work not enjoyable.

The sales process and the eager to make money for themselves. Listen and engage in teams. See that there is more to sales then just selling a phone. I want them to believe in themselves.

They are not inclusive they are a family unit, outside new hires even into management positions are not included. It is very click oriented.
