Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the base salary ineed to be higher, you get no raises for longivity with the company, no perks for helping outside of your assigned work location

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 2 days ago

If a contribution target is not hit BUT the contribution per guest if over expectation, then the manager should still be paid at full payout.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Find a better balance that allows members of the company to feel seen with their work. The shift in compensation structure very clearly is laid out to put more pressure on people to perform better while also paying out less for those that have a bad performance month. The level of care is non existent

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 4 days ago

The rhythms do not make sense for everyone. Requiring as much time in stores as we do takes away from us managing an overall District. For me personally it requires 6 to 10 hours in the car. Office days are more effective more often than not because I can be more global and less focused on 1 store.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Base Salary was changed to require mandatory overtime each week to keep same pay. No annual raises offered or announced. When PTO is used, Overtime pay for week is taken away. Store bonus structured as all or nothing, No fair share/percentage if under 95 percent attainment to a 30% YOY incr target

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

for high performing leaders or seals different pay structure

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

higher pay for volumeo locations

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

align with the work hours im required to put in

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 5 days ago

after getting hired and having a 100% turnover, 13 day working stretch and retraining majority of our district myself, for a time i felt as though i was doing my job and my bosses in addition to my employees. I've been with the company for 60 days. I don't know why i'm paid so low for all the work

Bonuses have been cut twice in the past year. Why would I have any motivation to grow my store when you aren't going to reward me?

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

For managers to go back to salary and the pay structor needs to go back to montlhy instrad of bi weekly

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

taking away salary for managers but still putting us as exempt employees and making us work longer hours but only being on hourly plus bonuses and not salary it has been a decrease in overall pay.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Company does not see value in experience in field or appreciate employee tenure even though they claim to yet refuse to pay them more hourly to retain them. By paying them more it would allow them to feel like they are growing alongside the company they

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

they shift all compensation plans toward bigger markets which leave the smaller districts out in the cold to struggle, all incentives are based for those who already have a thriving district verses those who have to rebuild the entire thing because it was poorly managed before we got here

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Better salary, i do not have kdis but my service dog is like my kids having benefits for thennwould be awesome

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 7 days ago

I feel like my checks have gotten smaller with the pay period comp change. even with a slight raise. I currently work in a divest door and my employees make more than me hourly with significantly less responsibility

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 8 days ago

they change the comp plan and we are making less for selling more

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 8 days ago

The changes that have been made seem to benefit the gray store far more. If you look at the pay period goals, the smaller store have such low requirements they hit far above the goal. My team works twice as hard and someone with a 1/4 of my goals makes more money then me selling far less.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 8 days ago

The hourly thing is the worse, I am always a phone call away from my team and I have always preached that and I like it like that, and I am constantly having to clock in when I am not at the store to assist.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 8 days ago

I just feel for my workload that I deserve a little bit more of a raise. I have old collegues working at fast food joints making more than me hourly and sometimes it does not feel good on those weeks that my store performs not as well as they could do.
