Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Okg what shouldnt , thw visits should be more human they attack you with all these metrics and they wont wxcuse traffic as if its soemhing we control. Inflation is real and we want to get oaid, what happened to yearly increases? Also no support with escalations and when we do they get mad.

I need reps that embody my culture and not the culture that they have created while they were missing a leader. they are wildly different worlds and tend to clash a lot. they have tenure compared to me and think that their ways work best rather than what victra has put forth

Better work life balance, as a manager i should never have to work past 5pm. Our hours should also be adjusted based off traffic as most days we dont see most customers until 12 or later but are sitting around waiting since 9am.. time wasted and metrics like cph are compromised for uncontrollables

The quality of people hired at the management level. Also setting realistic expectations. The amount of work you require an MGM to do with drive time is beyond unrealistic when stores are more than an hour apart from each other. Pay for MGM salary is 20k light and needs to be adjusted.
