HR behaves oddly. Some people continuously apply for 5-6 years to get selected. Is this done on purpose to maintain the premiumness - not sure. Rejection reasons are not communicated. All HR work is outsourced, the third party needs more training and fixing

Nothing, i think people are over worked, and underpaid for the amount of tasks they are being given to do. Increased workload, and smaller budgets are an issue, and there are better roles elsewhere.
