I have been a bar phone for three months and it is truly been such a wonderful and positive experience! Everyone welcomed me with open arms and has such willingness to help me learn and be successful. Verify is a class act company, and I am so happy to be a part of the team & to be here!

Create Standard Operating Procedure. Everything at Verifone is guess work. The leadership above our manager seems to have no idea about what's going on in our team, or what it takes to manage the day to day operations. Big ideas, no ground.

Support is lacking and there is no accountability. Those who are not pulling their own weight get by while their co-workers are pressured to pick up the slack. There has been talk of that being corrected however I have yet to see an improvement.

Health Insurance - this is important to me. I find many friends complain the plan cost or the deductible is too high. Not the case at Verifone.

There is no "we-spirit". The global organisation took that away and shattered a once very well functioning company. We used to have a good environment. Now the executive team here has kind of broken it. There were decisions made which we are not comfortable with. And there are some arbitrary decisions made that I feel are not good for the team here in general. And attitudes which show us that we do not matter

The company has become too much corporative. We should be treated more individually. If you are great at your job while working from home they should let you stay working from home. We shouldn't be pushed to be doing integration or other workshops if we don't feel like it. They should listen to us.
