What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Create Standard Operating Procedure. Everything at Verifone is guess work. The leadership above our manager seems to have no idea about what's going on in our team, or what it takes to manage the day to day operations. Big ideas, no ground.

Support is lacking and there is no accountability. Those who are not pulling their own weight get by while their co-workers are pressured to pick up the slack. There has been talk of that being corrected however I have yet to see an improvement.
