They truly care about the associates and listen to what we have to say, how we feel and what we need. They take everyone's feedback to heart. They dont make promises they cant live up to and do everything to make this a great place to work. They invest in the people they have and value everyone

Taking the time to develop their tenured employees in order to set them up for long-term success. There is also a lack of prioritization when it comes to the company's goals, it's very unclear how individual's day-to-day contribute to those goals as well.
