Taking the time to develop their tenured employees in order to set them up for long-term success. There is also a lack of prioritization when it comes to the company's goals, it's very unclear how individual's day-to-day contribute to those goals as well.

I appreciate the opportunity that I have been given. This no way reflects poor feelings towards the company. I just feel that the amount of pay for the amount of responsibility as a manager seems low. I think the pay should reflect the importance of running a multi-million dollar store or stores.

Sometimes it seems as if tenure and gained experience over the years go unnoticed especially when you have new hires who come in and are offered higher competitive market pay. I think regular evaluations of job titles should be analyzed and rated fairly across the board.

Stop defending their own work/processes/style and start working towards one perfect way to execute.

the people that I work with in my store are great, but some of the associates from other stores really need to be trained more in optical knowledge.

We have a great team. Our Supervisor is new to the organization and seems to be unengaged with our team.

Quit with the platitudes. There is fighting at the top executive level behind the scenes but it trickles down and is felt everywhere. Managing so many egos that are fake is exhaistinf

Hire people with better behaviors and manners, not just bring people to add a body with low pay.

Understand that the employees at the store level deal with all the issues that happen behind the scenes and we're the ones that are dealing with upset patients. Having the company show us the appreciation by allowing us to showcase support for our teams e.g. having the company provide lunch etc
