Everyone is willing and available to help in any way. Everyone seems to truly want success for each other and the company. The entire team is encouraged to share ideas and best practices. And we have fun while getting our work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the culture of Be Simple. Be Bold. Be Human. I think that is what drew me to the company. It's a simple, but those three things are a daily reminder that if we follow those three rules, we will be surrounded by good people doing good things.
