What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has changed tremendously in the past 12 months. The environment is certainly busy - but it's fun and caring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We're in a time of turnaround. The current executive leadership team is new and changing the way her create the associate and customer experience. In the 9 years I have been with Visionworks - this is the most exciting and rewarding work I have done. Thank you for working in to make VW better.
