When the new sales structure was rolled out, it seems like it should have gone smoother for as long as they were planning it out. Also, I also don't trust a lot of what the upper mgmt tell us in regards to where they want to take the company. I do think they have a plan, just not the one were told.

When doing a "reorg" of a department, there should be more planning. rather than it being thrown together with no real plan on a day to day basis.
