How many sick days you get.and when does it start.

Depends very much on the office. I have seen some very positive cultures and some very negative ones. Most of it comes down to the tone set by office leadership (Area and District Managers).

We think virtually nothing about him and most employees don't even know his name or anything about him.

In a perfect world, WIS would be far more selective in its hiring policy. In reality that's not possible.

WIS is constantly expanding into other markets. The greatest difficulty is to evolve as a company to adapt to the growth.

Virtually non existent. If you can breathe, you're hired.

We ask the traditional interview questions, but in practice we use the 'mirror' test. If we can see your breath on a mirror, it means you're still breathing so we hire you.

Unfortunately since WIS hires virtually everyone, many of them are lazy and disrespectful. The core group tends to be of higher quality.

Currently, good. With prior managers it has been hostile. So it depends on who you work for.

Difficult. The lack of knowing exactly when your day will end makes it very difficult to plan ahead much. If I had younger children that relied on me to pick them up at a certain time I'd likely not be able to work for WIS.
