it can be easy for the first promotion if you go to work and keep getting your numbers the second one is a little bit harder but is still reachable but the 3rd onto top gun is harder you really have to keep your numbers up i was on the verge of getting the second one with alot of medical issues in which i had to leave. it would have taken me about 8 to 10 months to do so
