Vector Marketing is full of innovators. During the COVID pandemic we have not only seen a massive growth in our sales but also within our training programs. The company wasted no time coming up with solutions within the virtual world and is constantly looking to improve the programs further.
Pretty innovative. They're constantly adapting, updating programs, and evolving.
How's the morale at Vector Marketing?
Amazing! Everyone is really positive and optimistic.
The morale in my department is extremely high. We value each other and work well together as a team. We all feel appreciated and make sure that we make our team feel appreciated as well.
How does Vector Marketing handle HR issues?
All HR issues are handled quickly and appropriately.
Vector Marketing's HR department is wonderful! I've had nothing but positive experiences while dealing with them.
Why work for Vector Marketing?
By far this is the best job that I've ever had. I love management, my peers and the team that I supervise. There is no 'micro management' which is unusual, but we trust everyone to do the job that they were hired to do. Hard work is rewarded and management is dedicated to developing the team's leadership. Everyone is genuinely invested in making sure that the team feels appreciated and heard. It's a great place to be!
This is a well established company and they are loyal to their employees. The schedules are flexible and they genuinely want to see the employees succeed, and are involved in helping them to develop themselves.
