As an employee, there was a race to hit my salary ceiling. Once I was there, pay-raises have stopped (with the exception of cost-of-living adjustments. Granted, compensation isn't only about money. My schedule is super flexible and I'm forever grateful for that.

Some employees get away with not doing thiere work and throwing fits when she dont get her way. Like slamming doors shut and walking off the job without getting any reprecussion. When walking off the job, you shouldn't be allowed to take PTO time. It should be no pay. Its like she is favored.

care about lower level employee's input (especially if they have been around over a few years). Instead of hearing a concern and management brushing it off, realize that their jobs expose them to things that need addressed you might not realize.

As I mentioned earlier, it's just taking action against one particular divisional manager. Many people have left due to him. When I started, it was a different atmopshere and culture altogether.
