I believe the culture is good for the most part and I love the people I work with. It seems that I've given too much of myself to this company in the years ive worked here- where now I feel nothing but burn out from the 60+ hoor work weeks I worked for too long. I do not feel respected by my DVM

The leadership and culture is changing and I am unsure if it is for a better future. I understand that change is necessary, however in my job I see "The Leadership Team" undermining long standing policies, to appease the sales force. Which could lead to dire consequences.

It is sometimes hard to provide constructive criticism- if something is going wrong that a supervisor isn't aware of and you try to fix it, they tell you not to and then don't fix the problem themselves. There should be a system for anonymously reporting issues.

Cutco/vector says they're there for the employees to grow but that is not true. Someone should not be bored at work for 3 years straight. If management could give a challenge or alternate work task sometimes that would make work better.
