It is sometimes hard to provide constructive criticism- if something is going wrong that a supervisor isn't aware of and you try to fix it, they tell you not to and then don't fix the problem themselves. There should be a system for anonymously reporting issues.

Cutco/vector says they're there for the employees to grow but that is not true. Someone should not be bored at work for 3 years straight. If management could give a challenge or alternate work task sometimes that would make work better.
