Leadership need to be respectful, fair, show no favoritism, and not retaliate on employees by not scheduling them for jobs. Management also needs to decline employees who do not follow the rules , instead of gives them breaks because they are fast. Those employees laugh at our boss. Ridiculous.
Leadership team is inexperienced with the merge they just gave people jobs managing people that have no clue

ASET is a great program that let's you move up in pay from the very start of employment. Being able to advance is one reason I'm sticking with the company and transferring to the South. ASET to Flow Lead to Supervisor and beyond. Each step is more complicated but the pay involved matches the work.

The best thing about my team is that we work hard we strive for better and higher. We get to work 15 to 20 minutes early and yeah, we feel unappreciated.

Knowing that I am helping the company location with keeping up with their inventory, which in all shows them what they are selling and not selling. This gives them a better view of what to order more or less of. Seeing my client I'm working at location wise with a smile on their face.

Longer lunches, please. Only have 30 min. No food places in the area. It takes 10 getting to the car so that's 20 min right there. So your only choice is to bring lunch, eat downstairs from a random company that isn't great or not to eat. Also not to have the head HR guy randomly yelling at someone
