They are for most part attentive and there for you

They are humble enough to ask questions when they don't know something. Our district manager is always on call for anything that arises. They are always willing to train on site to increase productivity, great rapport with the store management and create a welcoming culture. I look forward to work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to treat employess as human beings and they need to be fair and consistent with everyone, which they are not

Training your team when they first start.

Communication, fairness, oversight , upper management involvment

Management needs to be aware

Leadership need to be respectful, fair, show no favoritism, and not retaliate on employees by not scheduling them for jobs. Management also needs to decline employees who do not follow the rules , instead of gives them breaks because they are fast. Those employees laugh at our boss. Ridiculous.

Leadership team is inexperienced with the merge they just gave people jobs managing people that have no clue

Switch iut the DM in Palm Beach county. Shes the reason this district cant hold new hires.
