WIS International Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Work and co workers and the workplace

Knowing that I am helping the company location with keeping up with their inventory, which in all shows them what they are selling and not selling. This gives them a better view of what to order more or less of. Seeing my client I'm working at location wise with a smile on their face.

Being able to get overtime in.

Getting the job done makes me happy.

Review from Product Dept

We get there we swarm it like a swarm of bees and we handle it and go.

Review from Product Dept

Review from Operations Dept

some of the people I work with

Just being in the zone and counting!!

Working around positive energetic great personality co workers. Working around a busy Environment. Working with our customers. Making sure our events go smoothly. Getting the work done in a timely fashion. This makes me happy!

Review from Product Dept

Customers love and appreciate the help we provide. Our clients need us and our essential work.

Money makes me most happy.

Being employeed. Thats it nithing more

The people I work with and the challenge of going faster

Being left alone to do my work in the most optimal way.

Getting to interact with different people throughout the day. And showing them new and exciting items.

That I'm moving quickly enough to keep up with everyone else

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything get more people to work and raises for the ones that do work

Review from Operations Dept

Stop favortisim and clean up a lot of the supervisors,

Pay needs to be vastly increased considering the demanding productivity, hours, and the amount of money that is made for the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Our workers making messes, stealing,, not trying. We abuse their inventory . Accuracy is rarely measured despite being a top priority.

Train the managers or replace them

Have people in charge that know what they are doing, and having the new employees trained properly

You would have to call me on that one too much to put on here

Most compaines issue such as this ones is the management team if thats bad tour team is bad and this team and management is hands down terrible

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything they do what they want they fight and argue with each other peolple uave threatened people on the team and still work for the team

Pay out PTO. The pay stub says it pays for time off but it's a lie. The pay stub is deceptive. When there's a correction there's no way of knowing what the correction is for. Suspiciously and manager need to communicate and the person that does scheduling needs classes or help making it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The upper management doesnt seem to care they allow thinga for certain people and others are bot allowed.

The company needs to hire professionals and appreciate them, training programs need to be updated and documented.

I have dissected the whole experience and will give you feedback in detail later

too many lies. management thinks people are dumb to what is going on

Review from Customer Success Dept

Better pay Better benefits Better communication To be treated as a valued member and not just a number

I wish there was more space to explain things but there is a definite much need for management and employee overhaul. I think random drug testing should be done without warning and newcomers safety and lives should be valued.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Everything is going wrong and the managers know it. I've had many jobs and this is by far the worst and unorganised. It feels like it's being run out of a shed. If the site managers do you start new training should be given to all of them before they should be able to work again. Missing wages

Review from Customer Success Dept

Preparaion is a ln extreme weakness

Have the supervisers and managers actually give respect so then it can be recieved bck

We are drained . emotionally , physically and financially

What do you like best about your company?

It’s positive energy and strive for 100% guaranteed work performan

Review from Customer Support Dept

Traveling and working with the ones on my team. We started out as coworkers, then friends and became Family. We are together more than apart

the team environment and my boss really cares

Review from Operations Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Traveling pain should start after one hour of driving and the pay rate needs to go up

Review from Customer Support Dept

Longer lunches, please. Only have 30 min. No food places in the area. It takes 10 getting to the car so that's 20 min right there. So your only choice is to bring lunch, eat downstairs from a random company that isn't great or not to eat. Also not to have the head HR guy randomly yelling at someone
