What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Only my team is the most positive thing when i come to work not the "GM" Sushim joseph parker is awesome as my GM

You get to travel to different locations daily and most coworkers are easy to get along with

Everything. Better equipment. Better supervisors. More organization. Better communication from peope who are supposed to be in charge.

Make the HR department reachable and responsive

I can only speak about operations. Consistent hours would be great. Pay a living wage.

The managers need to be trained or replaced

Leadership needs to be realigned or removed all together to people who care about the clients as well as the associates

Supervisors need to communicate and not choose favorites to put in number building areas. If an employee is struggle the supervisors and manager watch them instead of helping.

Getting paid correctly, being spoken to like we are human , not having to suffer in mental anguish because of the way we are degraded and not having to deal with illegal drugs and dishonesty

Getting a long. Communication is key

The company culture needs transparent communication, HR needs to investigate concerns rather than ignore and laugh them off. Accountability needs to be taken from all areas.

All race treated the same

Managers have a bad attitude because I hate their job and take it out when younger staff and new employees. This problem could be resolved by having new managers. Learn to treat others equally regardless of race, religion and looks.
