It was hardly even an interview, more of an overview of the position. They'll hire pretty much anyone with a pulse.

The first phone interview to see if your a good fit starts you off. They were very good at explaining what to expect. Training and Orientation was efficient and set me up for success for the first job. Keisha trained me well and I wasn't blindsided by anything. Very thorough.

Give me than 30 min practicing of a piece of paper. When going into stores the newbies don't know what to do.

Actually interview candidates rather than giving the job away before meeting them.
They need to Watch what they say to people
It isnt a interview many people are in a room at once they talk you through the job and tell you youll be starting next week
Do separate interviews for separate people. This would be more direct and give the new employee better idea of what they're going to be doing and what the job is about. The interview seemed like something from high school. Terribly organised and everything all over the place

They should tell the truth more about how the job is claimed to be a part time job but there are days where you work 12 whole hours with only one 30 minute break and there is no work life balance.
