Nothing. I was hired because I was a warm body. This was nearly 10 years ago.

I met the office contact. I was hired on the spot.
What's the pay like for Customer Support roles at WIS International?
For several years, I was refused a raise. That's finally changed and I'm now pleased.
What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at WIS International? How many hours are you working?
It's upbeat these days. Very pleased. I work about 34 hrs a week, some more and some less.
What's the Customer Support team like at WIS International?
My local computer support contact is horrible. He has told me something that a second contact refuted. In other words, he didn't even care about giving me correct information.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at WIS International?
Exceptional at the local level currently. In the past it was horrible so I'm happy to see a change.
