My overall experience XOJET and its management is not good. I think my biggest issue here is the lack of work-life balance due to forced overtimes and the leadership's greed. Working for this company is exhausting and stressful, to say the least.

The leadership will only improve if it changes its mindset of being greedy and apathetic. Otherwise, the company will stay the same where employee are not taken care of.
