How employees describe working at XOJET
Don't believe the management. It's full if liars and manipulators. XOJET is an awful company because of it's toxic and untrustworthy management. The low employee morale and performance can be attributed to the horrible leadership.
My overall experience XOJET and its management is not good. I think my biggest issue here is the lack of work-life balance due to forced overtimes and the leadership's greed. Working for this company is exhausting and stressful, to say the least.
