shoppers are fine, we are in this struggle together but our coworkers in ops/exec team are out of touch with the shoppers and no attempt to

they do quarterly pay cuts and take tips from shoppers actually completing the order in an greedy/malicious attempt to make that dollar
What does the leadership team at Xsolla need to get better at?
they need to be more transparent. everytime we interact with them, you can hear the rehearsed HR lines in order to save face. its sad.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at Xsolla?

they cut our pay, i get paid 50% less then what i did when i first started and it keeps getting lower. not too long until i leave

needs to focus on shoppers more. if they understood us and our struggles they would have a better idea to better strive. but they dont.
