they do quarterly pay cuts and take tips from shoppers actually completing the order in an greedy/malicious attempt to make that dollar

they need to be more transparent. everytime we interact with them, you can hear the rehearsed HR lines in order to save face. its sad.

they cut our pay, i get paid 50% less then what i did when i first started and it keeps getting lower. not too long until i leave

needs to focus on shoppers more. if they understood us and our struggles they would have a better idea to better strive. but they dont.
