The fitness budget and the PTO policy. The fitness budget feels like an investment in you being apart of Zwift's mission from day one, which is a powerful message. The PTO policy is great, shows they want us to be happy/healthy/balanced.

I am doing the same work ss people getting paid 20k more than I am, I am qualified for the same job at other companies that pay way more, and we have folks still paid hourly that get very little sick time and vacation time and can't participate in product time off due to no vacation time

It's the "compensation depending on location" factor that arose globally last year. I work for the company remotely, and they pay me more than the average people of my position in my location, which is less for the same position in the company for another location.

There's little management or leadership oversight on my day-to-day from my department so a lot of my contributions go unnoticed. I've become a reliable source of knowledge and experience when it comes to problem solving or getting things done. A promotion and raise is long overdue.

Zwift gives employees the opportunity to advance their skills, as long as they don't expect to be paid for that growth. There is an expectation to always be performing at one role higher than your compensation, which gives Zwift cheap labor. Pay us for the work that we do now.

Employee with dependents insurance coverage can be more competitive. Overall salary is pretty competitive if including bonus. I wish there is more employee stocks either through grant or purpchase program
