If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Zwift?

Still a bit too much of a boys club. Decisions by senior management seem to be not well thought out and flip flop back and forth too much. Experienced staff are overlooked for promotion while younger, outside & less experienced people are brought in to fill those roles.
The only challenge we have is we are outgrowing our current office since we are expanding so much! Luckily we're working on expanding the space but until then it's a little crowded. Totally normal with such rapid growth. Luckily we all get along pretty darn well!

What's the interview process like at Zwift?
You'll have a phone screen first with one of our recruiters, then if you're local an in-person interview and if you're remote a hangouts one. You won't just meet with people from your potential team since we're a very cross-functional company and expect to get questions that will make sure you have done your homework.

How's the work life balance at Zwift?
Excellent. Get your work done and nobody bothers you about what time you came in or how long your lunch break is. Managers make sure you have the chance to take vacations and you control your own schedule is most cases.

Open, friendly, welcoming and driven. We work hard and are all committed to making Zwift as great as possible but we make sure to enjoy ourselves as well. Workouts, happy hours, team lunches and nerf wars!

We're growing so fast! Teams are growing, subscribers are up, and we have more and more things coming. Biggest challenge right now is finding places to put everyone!
Does Zwift have any remote positions?
Some people work remotely for us but we do like them to come into the offices once and a while so they can be fully included in the culture.
