  • Tech wise fairly cutting edge in a lot of ways, although due to scale we have to be more conservative than many startups. Gaming industry tends to lag a little in terms of open source tech also, but compared to most gaming industry peers we're way out front

  • It's a fast culture, you need to be open to pivoting on a dime. That comes with flux in workload and crunchtime. That being said the people here are incredibly strong and mission focused. Alignment seems to come naturally so while you'll never be spinning your heels, you'll always be working towards a shared goal. The people here really are all on the same team
